Regional Field Service Manager

Job Title: Field Services Manager - (Must be in daily commute to Jacksonville, FL or open to relocation- relocation assistance will be provided)Location: Service Florida Area - Truck Provided - MUST RELOCATE NEAR JACKSONVILLE, FLReports To: Operations Director / Service DirectorPosition Overview: FloTech is seeking an experienced Field Services Manager to lead and support field service operations focused on valve, actuator, and flow control equipment. This role will oversee field technicians, coordinate service projects, and ensure high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise with actuators, industrial valves, and actuator systems , along with leadership experience managing field teams and customer relationships. This individual will play a key role in maintaining safety standards, improving service delivery, and supporting customer operations in critical industrial environments.Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise field service technicians performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of valves, actuators, and related control equipmentProvide technical leadership and hands‐on support for projects involving actuators, electric actuators, and valve systemsCoordinate field service schedules, project timelines, and technician assignments to meet customer requirements and service commitmentsEnsure all field work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standardsServe as the primary point of contact for customers during service projects, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfactionAssist with troubleshooting complex valve and actuator issues in the fieldSupport commissioning, diagnostics, calibration, and repair of Limitorque and other actuator systemsReview field reports, service documentation, and inspection records for accuracy and completenessWork closely with operations, engineering, and sales teams to support service proposals, project planning, and technical recommendationsIdentify opportunities for service improvements, preventative maintenance programs, and customer support initiativesTrain and mentor field technicians on valve maintenance, actuator diagnostics, and best practicesRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with industrial valves, actuators, and flow control equipmentStrong hands‐on experience with actuator‐driven valve systemsExperience supervising or leading field service technicians or service crewsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with electric or motor‐operated actuatorsUnderstanding of valve maintenance, repair, and field service proceduresAbility to manage multiple field service projects and technician schedulesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to travel to customer sites as requiredPreferred Qualifications: Experience with motor‐operated valves (MOVs), electric actuators, and control valve systemsBackground supporting power generation, oil & gas, water treatment, pulp/paper or industrial facilitiesKnowledge of preventative maintenance programs and valve diagnosticsExperience commissioning or servicing Limitorque or similar actuator platforms is a plus but not requiredKey Skills: Valve maintenance and repairActuator diagnostics and troubleshooting#J-18808-Ljbffr
