Bilingual HR Generalist | Houston | $80K–$90KA rapidly growing construction and manufacturing company in Houston is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships with employees, and supporting a wide range of HR functions.This is a true HR Generalist role where you'll wear multiple hats and work closely with employees and leadership to create a positive, supportive workplace.Location: Southwest Houston, TX - In-office PositionSalary: $80,000–$90,000Travel: About once per month to additional Texas officesWhat You'll Be Doing• Serve as a go-to HR partner for employees and managers• Lead onboarding and ensure a great new hire experience• Process bi-weekly payroll and assist with benefits administration• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR needs• Help manage employee training, including a newly launched LMS system• Support engagement and recognition initiatives• Assist HR leadership with projects and process improvementsWhat We're Looking ForBilingual in English & Spanish REQUIRED3–5 years of HR experience of true Generalist experience• Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee relations• Approachable personality with strong people skills• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentThis role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys connecting with employees, solving problems, and being a trusted resource across the organization.
