Applicants for the HR Business Partner position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years' of experience in a related HR role. Management experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, performance management, and people management, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills are essential, and familiarity with Massachusetts employment laws and regulations is highly preferred.
