MIG WelderDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring MIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, youll apply your welding skills to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. What Youll Do as a MIG Welder:Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop Perform work allocated to production standards Work from process sheets and blueprints Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues What You Need to Bring to the MIG Welder Role:Must have a welding diploma or 2+ years of MIG welding experience Must have knowledge of wire-feed/MIG welding procedure Must have blueprint reading experience Must have experience using power tools in a manufacturing setting Must have ability to train on 1st shift for up to the first 3 months Ability to work under minimum supervision Ability to work as part of a team For questions or further information about the MIG Welder positions, please contact our St. Cloud office directly at (320) 253-4473.
