This position requires both technical expertise and strong organizational skills.This is an in-office position with travel. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and possess a clean driving record.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage service tickets, including scheduling, resource allocation, and customer communicationProvide technical support and troubleshooting for electrically controlled hydraulic machineryPerform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of systems including:Variable frequency drivesMotor protection panelsElectrical control systemsCollaborate closely with the Calibration DepartmentAssist calibration technicians with testing and troubleshooting activitiesSupport production team as neededManage service contracts and direct support servicesAssist with training initiativesPerform additional duties as business needs requireQualificationsEngineering degree or equivalent Electrical Engineering experience preferredMinimum of 5 years related experience as a Service Engineer or similar rolePLC programming experience is a plusStrong familiarity with hydraulic and electrical control systemsExperience with panel testing and validationAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift 50 lbs without assistanceAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat We Offer15 days Paid Time OffAdditional one-week paid Christmas breakPaid holidays100% company-paid medical, vision, and dental insurance for employeesOptional Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life InsuranceSIMPLE IRA with company matchGym membership discount
