The Commercial Roofing Warehouse Driver will be responsible for loading and unloading commercial roofing materials, transporting loads to job sites, and maintaining the company warehouse. This is an all-encompassing role that supports overall warehouse operations and job site needs. Previous commercial roofing production experience is preferred but not required.Job Functions:Operating various types of vehicles including stake body, trailers & trucksOperate Large (Non-CDL) Trucks. only DOT medical card requirements.Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocolsAssist with route driving as required to support delivery operationsAccept delivery of inventoryClean and maintain interior and exterior of warehouseOrganize warehouse materials on an ongoing basisDeliver materials to jobsitesPick up materials from vendorsProcess paperwork for deliveries and warehouse ticketsSupport roofing crews with material prep and handlingForklift certification a plusAbility to understand and follow basic instructionsPerform a variety of tasks in a fast?paced, hands?on roleRotate between driving, warehouse work, and assisting roofing crewsSafely operate large vehicles, work at heights, and learn new tasks dailyJob Requirements:1+ years' experience in commercial roofing preferredMust have a valid Driver's License and ability to obtain DOT CardMust be 21 + years oldAbility to operate forklift proficiently.Completion of background investigation and drug screening.Maintain a valid Driver's License, and a clean Driving RecordBi-lingual English/Spanish is a plusPay rate $19-$21/hour depending on experience.
