Backed by experienced craftsmen and expert crews, we deliver reliable service and innovative solutions for all roofing needs.We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman for our Jessup, MD shop.Commercial Roofing Foreman Summary:You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)Roof maintenance and repairsPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.Maintain professional interaction with all customers.Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as neededTracking inventory and filing daily reportsCommercial Roofing Foreman Requirements:5 years experience leading commercial roofing crewsExperience with all types of commercial roofing systems is idealA valid driver's license with reliable transportation.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneelMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsMust be able to pass preemployment screeningBi-lingual English/Spanish is a plusPay starting at $24/hour, depending on experience.
