IT Project Manager

🌍 Affidea, a leading multinational healthcare company, is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team!In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. You will manage internal teams and external vendors, making sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.About the roleManaging and leading the project teamEnsuring project’s deliverables are defined and agreed with Project Owner.Confirming feasibility of project delivery.Project planning and control including:Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan including resource plan, allocation and optimized utilizationManaging project deliverables in line with the project planRecording and managing project issues and escalating where necessaryResolve cross-functional issues at project levelManage project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessaryMonitor project progress and performanceProvide status reports to the Project OwnerLiaise with, and updates progress to, project board/senior managementManaging project evaluation and dissemination activitiesWorking closely with users to ensure the project meets business needsPreparing UAT and Training strategyHanding-over project to SupportWorking with the PMO to facilitate process improvements to Project Management.RequirementsBA/MA preferably with IT/Finance/Economics specializationPMP or other certification in Project Management3-5 years’ experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure, software)Fluent EnglishKnowledge of ITIL and industry best practicesExceptional organizational skills, multitaskingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAttention to detail, testing, and documentationAbility to maintain good working relationships with third-party service providers and vendorsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and under stress
