Construction Coordinator

Job DescriptionWhat we're looking for:Implement building construction projects to support site.Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management.May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.What you'll be doing:Supervises construction activity in the field.Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities and across the departments. Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.Have knowledge of general building construction methods.Monitor electrical and Mechanical equipment's installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.Coordinator RFI's (Request for Information) and Change Order.Qualifications: What you bring (Must Haves)Proficient with MS Office and project.
