Help us transform our workforce of the future, today.We are seeking a Senior Banking Transformation Manager to join our Enterprise Program Management Office as a trusted partner to our Treasury Management organization. This role provides strategic leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Banking Transformation Manager is accountable for program design and execution, resource planning, and risk mitigation, while driving high performance, resolving critical issues, and ensuring alignment with the bank's overarching corporate strategy.Responsibilities:Lead the assembly and coordination of cross-functional project teams, optimizing resource allocation and managing deliverables through appropriate program and project management toolsTrack, assess, and communicate program performance to executive leadership and key stakeholders, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource utilizationPartner closely with business leaders and delivery teams to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and remove obstacles to executionCoach and mentor project managers and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to established quality standardsProvide people leadership by hiring, developing, and performance-managing team members; oversee departmental programs and projects through direct reports and subordinate leadersQualifications:Solid understanding of treasury management and payments technology, and the ability to clearly connect them to real business needs and outcomesDemonstrated success leading and delivering large-scale, complex transformation initiatives in an enterprise environmentComprehensive knowledge of project and program management disciplines, including methodologies, scope management, business case development, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource planningBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline plus 10+ years of relatable experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.Proven leadership and people management experience, including team development and performance managementLocation:This position is fully in office (5 days a week) at the Zions Technology Center - 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
