Front Desk Receptionist- Mental health practice
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading.
Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation and email correspondence.
Provide support to other administrative staff as needed, assisting with customer support and clerical functions.
Handle incoming mail and packages, distributing them appropriately within the office.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other computer software applications.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Experience as a medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
