Raytheon seeks an Associate Director for a Development/DMSMS Program Manager on the SM-3 IB program in Tucson, AZ, to lead P&L, risk, and schedule while coordinating development, obsolescence and production to meet customer needs.
You will build relationships with customer counterparts, shape future acquisitions, travel as needed, and ensure performance against cost, schedule and technical milestones.
