Hybrid work, some on-site meetings may be required by client.We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to support the development of clear, comprehensive, and professional documentation for complex IT infrastructure and cloud-based projects. This role is responsible for translating technical concepts into accessible content for a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring consistency across all deliverables.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in IT technical writing for complex infrastructure or software development projects5+ years of experience using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Visio (or equivalent), and SharePoint (or similar systems)Strong experience creating and managing technical diagrams and documentation assetsBachelor’s degree
