Your role as an automotive service advisor is to schedule service work for the service department and to provide the ultimate customer service experience. Use your previous experience as an automotive service advisor to: Schedule service appointments. Maintain daily production control schedule Greet customers at their vehicles in a timely and friendly manner Perform the pre-write up inspection Maintain consistent and open communication with the customer and the service department Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at or above manufacturer composite.
