With two Guest Experience Specialists on staff, we maintain full coverage across all open hours. Schedules are staggered to ensure afternoon and Saturday peak coverage with both people on the floor. Your job is to make sure that experience matches every promise we made.CompensationBase salary: $800/week ($41,600/year)Monthly performance bonus tied to guest delivery ratings and vehicle return rate$20 per 5-star delivery rating$10 per 4-star delivery rating$20 per vehicle with no condition return within 30 daysMonthly qualifiers: average rating must be 4.5 stars or higher AND vehicle return rate must stay below 10% to unlock bonusStrong performers earning full bonus can expect $55,000-$65,000+ annuallyBoth positions are identical in pay, schedule, and responsibility
