The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the corporate leadership team to drive innovation, efficiency, and modernization across the organization, ultimately securing a competitive advantage. This role involves setting up and leading the transformation office, making critical program-level decisions, and ensuring the fast and pragmatic execution of initiatives. The Vice President will also play a key role in strategic growth evaluations, including mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments, in collaboration with the Chief Strategy Officer.Applicants for the Vice President of Transformation position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or MS preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in finance, strategy, or investment banking. The role requires a proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and driving business growth, as well as the ability to challenge and support senior executives in achieving targeted results. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is a background in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, with a high level of motivation, and be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strategic thinking, financial modeling, project management, and risk management skills are also necessary for this position.Travel Percent
