Marketing Manager Location: H-D Florida Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 (Based on Experience) Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives that grow dealership traffic, motorcycle sales, merchandise revenue, rider engagement, and community presence. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role that operates primarily within the dealership environment, with significant responsibility for event planning, coordination, and on-site execution. This role oversees social media, events, advertising campaigns, partnerships, and brand promotion-while maintaining the authentic Harley-Davidson experience. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, energetic, and passionate about motorcycles, lifestyle branding, customer engagement, and event-driven marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive dealership marketing strategies and promotional campaignsServe as the primary planner and coordinator for all dealership events, with a strong on-site presencePlan, manage, and execute two large-scale motorcycle rallies annually (April and October), including logistics, vendor coordination, promotions, sponsorships, and on-site executionCoordinate and promote additional dealership events such as bike nights, charity rides, customer appreciation events, and community activationsManage social media platforms and online engagement initiativesCreate compelling marketing content including graphics, videos, emails, and event promotionsEnsure all advertising and communications align with Harley-Davidson brand standardsCollaborate closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and Apparel departments to drive traffic and revenueTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROIManage relationships with media partners, sponsors, community organizations, and local businessesMaintain and update dealership websites, event calendars, and promotional materialsOversee email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiativesAssist with in-store merchandising, promotional displays, and event setupsMonitor marketing budgets and advertising schedulesSupport Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) activities and rider community engagementAttend and actively support weekend and evening events as required Qualifications3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, event planning, or dealership marketing (preferred)Demonstrated experience planning and executing large-scale events or ralliesStrong understanding of social media platforms and online advertisingExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsExperience with content creation, photography, video editing, or graphic design (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing toolsStrong customer service mindset and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and special eventsKnowledge of motorcycle culture and the Harley-Davidson brand lifestyle (preferred) About H-D Florida Established in 1996, H-D Florida quickly became Tampa's leading Harley-Davidson dealer and is now one of the largest Harley-Davidson dealer groups in Florida, with locations across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Bay counties.
