Job DetailsDescriptionPosition SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that grow dealership traffic, motorcycle sales, merchandise revenue, rider engagement, and community presence. This role oversees digital marketing, social media, events, advertising campaigns, partnerships, and brand promotion while maintaining the authentic Harley-Davidson experience.The ideal candidate is creative, organized, energetic, and passionate about customer engagement, motorcycles, lifestyle branding, and event marketing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute dealership marketing strategies and promotional campaignsManage social media accounts, digital advertising, and online engagementCreate marketing content including graphics, videos, emails, and event promotionsCoordinate dealership events such as bike nights, charity rides, rallies, and customer appreciation eventsMaintain Harley-Davidson brand standards across all advertising and communicationsWork with sales, service, parts, and apparel departments to drive customer traffic and revenueTrack and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI metricsManage relationships with media vendors, sponsors, community partners, and local businessesUpdate dealership website, event calendars, and promotional materialsOversee email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiativesAssist with in-store merchandising and promotional displaysMonitor marketing budgets and advertising schedulesSupport Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) activities and rider community engagementAttend weekend and evening events as neededQualifications3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, event planning, or dealership marketing preferredStrong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and online advertisingExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsExperience with content creation, photography, video editing, or graphic design preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing toolsExperience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms preferredAbility to analyze marketing data and campaign performance metricsStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and special eventsKnowledge of motorcycle culture and Harley-Davidson brand lifestyle preferredSalary Range: $55,000-$65,000 Based on ExperienceAbout H-D FloridaEstablished in 1996, H-D Florida soon became Tampa's leading motorcycle dealer.
