Electrical Superintendent (Wastewater)

Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent with wastewater treatment plant experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a well-established electrical company specializing in industrial projects in Orlando, FL!Salary is $40 - $50/hour must have wastewater experienceBenefitsMedical (100% Employer-Paid Plan Options)DentalVisionLife Insurance401K + MatchChristmas BonusPaid Time Off4 year Apprenticeship programPaid certifications including: CDL-ACrane Certification (rigging, signaling, operating)IMSAMaintenance of TrafficTraffic Signal Technician Levels I, II, and IIIResponsibilities:Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians and electrical technicians on industrial projects.Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety regulations, and electrical codes.Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.Prepare project progress and safety reports.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.Manage project budgets and resource allocation.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.Qualifications:Extensive experience in industrial electrical work.Proven supervisory experience in a foreman or superintendent role.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Clean driving record, with CDL preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, Electrical Journeyman License) preferred.If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!INDHPowered by JazzHR
