The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager, Service IP Protections supports execution of KLA's Service Intellectual Property (IP) Protection initiatives, passionate about strengthening protection of KLA IP across service systems, on-tool software, data outputs, Service AI platforms, and in-fab technologies. These initiatives are critical to ensuring KLA service capabilities continue to scale while maintaining appropriate controls, compliance, and protection of proprietary information.This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting execution of multiple, parallel initiatives that span planning, development, validation, rollout, and sustainment phases. The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional team members to lead project plans, track breakthroughs and dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery against defined POR commitments. The role supports consistent execution by maintaining project artifacts such as schedules, dashboards, status updates, and risk and issue logs.The Project Manager partners closely with PSO, Divisions, Central Engineering, IT/DX, Legal, Service AI, and LKS to enable alignment across business, technical, legal, and enablement teams. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between partners, coordinating readiness activities, supporting governance reviews, and helping ensure releases and process changes are implemented consistently and with appropriate documentation. The role also supports standardization of processes, documentation, and best-known methods (BKMs) to improve execution consistency and audit readiness across Service IP Protection programs.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support execution of multiple, parallel initiatives spanning planning, development, validation, rollout, and sustainment phases.Lead project plans, track breakthroughs and dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery against defined POR commitments.Maintain project artifacts such as schedules, dashboards, status updates, and risk and issue logs.Facilitate communication between partners and coordinate readiness activities.Support governance reviews and ensure releases and process changes are implemented consistently and with appropriate documentation.Support standardization of processes, documentation, and best-known methods (BKMs) across Service IP Protection programs.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting IP protection, security, compliance, or enterprise governance initiatives.Familiarity with service organizations, platforms, or system rollouts.Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Software Engineering, or AI teams.Exposure to data protection, access control, or controlled customer communications.Experience using project management tools, dashboards, and status reporting frameworks.Comfortable operating in structured, compliance-aware environments with multiple partners.Minimum QualificationsMaster's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.Compensation and BenefitsBase Pay Range: $91,900.00 – $156,200.00 Annually.Primary Location: USA-AZ-Phoenix-KLA.KLA's total rewards package may also include participation in performance incentive programs, eligibility for additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) with company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
