Technical Project Manager - PMP Required

This is a unique opportunity to influence project governance, improve collaboration between business and IT teams, and establish scalable project management practices that will impact the organization for years to come.If you enjoy balancing strategic PMO development with hands-on project delivery, we'd like to speak with you.In this role, you will:Help build and mature PMO processes, governance, and best practicesLead enterprise-level programs and projects from initiation through completionPartner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to align priorities and expectationsCreate and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and budgetsFacilitate project kickoff meetings and ongoing stakeholder communicationsDevelop RACI matrices and establish accountability across teamsMonitor project risks, issues, KPIs, and delivery metricsPrepare executive-level status reporting and project updatesRemove roadblocks and drive projects to successful completionSupport Agile project delivery methodologies and continuous improvement initiativesBalance immediate project needs while helping establish long-term PMO strategyRequired QualificationsActive PMI PMP Certification (Required – candidates without an active PMP will not be considered)10+ years of Program and Project Management experience within enterprise environmentsExperience establishing, building, or improving PMO processes and governanceStrong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical teamsExperience managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skillsAbility and willingness to work onsite 100% of the time in Ypsilanti, MichiganPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Agile transformationsStrong financial planning, budgeting, and project reporting experienceExperience managing vendors, procurement activities, and Statements of Work (SOWs)Background supporting large, complex IT environments
