Director, Compliance – ACO & Payor OperationsLocation: Farmers Branch, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct HireCompensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annuallyPosition OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Director, Compliance – ACO & Payor Operations to lead the enterprise compliance program for a large, value-based healthcare organization. This role ensures compliance with CMS regulations, managed care and payor contracts, and internal governance policies while mitigating regulatory, financial, and operational risk.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain the corporate compliance program aligned with OIG and CMS requirementsOversee compliance for ACO programs (MSSP, ACO REACH), Medicare Advantage, and commercial payorsConduct enterprise risk assessments and develop compliance workplans and corrective actionsLead investigations into compliance concerns, fraud, waste, and abusePartner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Credentialing teamsProvide reporting to executive leadership, compliance committees, and Board of TrusteesManage audits, including CMS, payor, and regulatory reviewsDevelop compliance training programs and promote a culture of complianceRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare complianceExperience in managed care, payor operations, or ACO/value-based environmentsStrong knowledge of CMS regulations, FWA, and healthcare compliance standardsExperience with enterprise risk management and board-level reportingLicensure and CertificationCertified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or willingness to obtain within one year of hirePreferred QualificationsExperience in large health systems, managed care organizations, or Medicare AdvantageBackground in risk-bearing or value-based care environmentsWhy Work with Wheeler Staffing Partners?
