Regulatory Compliance Manager

This is an add to staff position and we foresee most of their concentration will be on assisting with NV, OR, AK, UT and CO.This candidate should have in depth knowledge of one or more of these jurisdictions and be willing to become an expert on all of these jurisdictions eventually. Some of the things this position will be responsible for:confirming initial and ongoing indemnity payments are timelyinvestigating and responding to official complaintscoordinating and working with outside auditors when we have audits performed by brokers, clients, carriers and the jurisdictionsinvestigate what is driving penalties and come up with effective solutions to significantly reduce the penalties we're payingpotentially assisting TM's with special projects
