Powder Coat Technician

We are a fast-growing manufacturing company looking to add a full-time Sand Blasting / Prep / Powder Coat team member to help us meet increasing demand. You'll be working alongside dedicated team members to ensure a smooth, high-quality flow of products through our coating process. About the Role: This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone with experience in blasting and prep work. Coating experience is strongly preferred. You’ll be prepping and coating parts for customers around the globe, ensuring every piece meets our demanding quality standards. What You’ll Do: Perform surface prep and blasting using a covered and cooled blast room, recirculating cabinet, and automated tumbler Apply powder coatings using our Nordson Surecoat system Work with black wrinkle finishes, custom colors, candies, and multi-stage batches Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure a consistent, high-quality finish on every product Identify and correct any coating issues or imperfections Who You Are: Experienced: 1 year experience in Sand Blasting/Powder Coating environment, willing to train the right candidate Detail-Oriented: You have an exceptional eye for perfection and take pride in delivering flawless results Team Player: You’re positive, helpful, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Accountable: You own your work, correct mistakes, and are committed to quality Reliable: You show up on time, every day, ready to give your best effort What We Offer: Health and other benefits after 90-day probationary period A high-demand, high-quality work environment with advancement opportunities The opportunity to work with cutting-edge coating equipment and techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Powder Coating: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
