If you know how to keep machines moving and the line alive, we've got steady work and weekly pay with your name on it.What You'll NeedMinimum one (1) year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environmentMust have experience with sandblasting or surface preparationAbility to perform assignments with minimal supervisionAbility to resolve issues or problems that may ariseAbility to perform responsibilities accurately and thoroughlyEfficient organization and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work well under pressureDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesEnsure the efficient setup and production of quality material on their assigned coating lineResponsible for coordinating job changeovers, monitoring the master schedule, and accurately recording and entering production data, including test resultsComplete accurately and in a timely manner, all required production reports and quality data entries utilizing the provided job traveler and/or designated softwareReview the Manufacturing Order schedule and prepare/plan for upcoming production runsCoordinate and perform production runs to meet targets based on job specifications and work instructionsPromote and maintain a safe working environment at all timesMaintain housekeeping at machine areas according to established standardsMaster all controls and consoles related to the whole operation or specific stations and tools on the lineThe DealCompetitive Pay: Weekly checks that respect your grindFull Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance + Disability PlanAhead: Optional 401(k) savingsSafety First: We keep it safe so you can keep it steadyReal Work: Hands-on, steady hours, solid crew"They care about me.
