Job Responsibilities And RequirementsThis role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors to Reliance and is expected to greet all guests with a friendly and informative welcome. As a member of the Human Resources team, this position also provides a variety of administrative duties in support of the HR Department.Monday through Friday role. Monday-Thursday in office and Friday remoteReceptionistGreets all guests and determines the purpose of each person's visitSupports the CEO and CFO in coordinating high-profile client and broker visits, including greeting the guests, room set-up and organizing catering as neededNotifies Reliance personnel of visitor's arrivalResponsible for issuing visitor badges as needed and ensuring that they are returned upon exitAdministers the process for ordering flowers across the enterpriseDirects package deliveries to the Office Service DepartmentResponsible for handling calls coming to main number and redirecting call to appropriate departmentKeeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsHR AssistantMonitors and schedules training roomsDistributes incoming mail to the appropriate HR teamAssists in processing invoices for the HR DepartmentAssists in coordinating HR projects (e.g., meetings, trainings, events, etc.)Books meeting rooms for HR team eventsOrders catering for HR team meetings and HR sponsored eventsAssists Good Company committee with event coordinationProvides clerical and administrative support to HR colleaguesRequired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Related ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required1 - 2 years of relevant experience in an office environmentExcellent communication skills including telephone and in personPossess strong people skills and highly customer service orientationMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationProficient with Microsoft office productsStrong follow through and organizational skillsAdaptable to a quick pace with highly developed time management skillsSelf-motivatedMust work well in a multi-task, team-focused environmentAbility to Travel: NoneWork location may be flexible if approved by the Company.What We OfferAt Reliance Matrix, we believe that creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture allows us to realize more of our potential.
