The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.Job SummaryThe Brand Manager, Jefferson's will be responsible for supporting strategic and brand & innovation plan development/implementation, operational and business monitoring for Jefferson's Bourbon, with scope to support on TX Whiskey projects as needed. The Brand Manager will exhibit a general manager mindset and will be responsible for leading key projects that will aim to drive brand performance through long term profitable growth and build brand equity. This role may also have potential to support Jefferson's Whiskey on key strategic projects on an ad hoc basis.Who will love this jobSomeone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and enjoys owning projects end-to-end. You are analytical, creative, consumer-obsessed, and excited by the challenge of scaling beloved brands in a competitive category.What you'll doSupport the annual strategic planning process, identifying gaps, opportunities, and consumer insights to build plans that deliver financial and brand objectives.Lead execution of retail programs, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and consumer engagement initiatives in collaboration with agencies and commercial partners.Oversee crossfunctional and agency working teams to ensure strong integration across Sales, Field Marketing, Global Brand Owners, Innovation, and Consumer Insights.Manage key innovation workstreams-including gotomarket strategy, stage-gate development, sellin, and launch plans-with support from the Senior Brand Manager.Lead digital content, CRM initiatives, and eCommerce content development to drive engagement and loyalty.Own project and budget management, ensuring timely delivery, accurate tracking, and consistent reporting of performance metrics, market trends, and brand health.What's in it for me?You'll join a diverse and inclusive global organization that invests in your professional growth and internal mobility.
