From managing risks and coordinating subcontractors to fostering a strong safety-first culture and delivering on operational goals, this role is for someone who thrives on leadership and precision.What we’re looking for:A degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.Expertise in LEAN, IPD, or IFOA methods in healthcare.Strong decision-making, financial, and team leadership skills.Working Conditions:This role involves both office and fieldwork, including travel to job sites.
