Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Overview:Search Solution Group is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal on behalf of our client, a personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for injured individuals and guiding clients through the litigation process with compassion and professionalism.This role is responsible for supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, maintaining strong client communication, preparing legal documentation, and ensuring cases progress efficiently toward resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and motivated by helping clients navigate challenging circumstances while contributing to a collaborative, values-driven legal team.Key Responsibilities:Maintain regular communication with clients, providing case updates and managing expectations throughout the litigation lifecyclePrepare and electronically file legal documents including complaints, discovery demands and responses, motions, and subpoenas in compliance with court requirementsCoordinate litigation and trial preparation activities, including scheduling depositions, client meetings, court reporters, experts, and investigatorsReview and analyze medical records and supporting documentationPrepare comprehensive demand packages for case resolutionAssist with client lien resolution by identifying lien amounts and coordinating with lien holders and external partnersMaintain accurate case files and documentation within firm systemsSupport attorneys with case management and litigation strategy preparationCollaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to firm standards Requirements include: Education:Associate degree or higher from an accredited college, university, or institution of higher learning Experience:Minimum of three (3) years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury or personal injury defenseExperience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases requiredLitigation support experience preferred Skills:Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with legal technology and ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong attention to detail and document accuracyAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Certifications:Paralegal certification preferred but not required Knowledge:Personal injury litigation procedures and court filing requirementsLegal document preparation and e-filing processesMedical record review and case documentation practicesClient communication best practices within a legal environment Key Competencies:Compassion and client-centered mindsetProfessionalism and accountabilityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain composed under pressureTeam collaboration and adaptabilityHigh attention to detail and precisionProactive problem-solving and organizational discipline How to Apply:To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
