Sr. Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Job Overview:Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal on behalf of our client, a personal injury law firm. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about supporting injured clients through the litigation process. The Senior Paralegal will play a critical role in managing cases from inception through resolution, ensuring accuracy, organization, and clear communication every step of the way. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team that values professionalism, accountability, and high-quality client service.Key Responsibilities:Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the case lifecyclePrepare, review, and e-file legal documents, including complaints, discovery demands and responses, motions, and subpoenasEnsure all filings are accurate and compliant with court rules and deadlinesCoordinate all aspects of litigation and trial preparation, including scheduling depositions, hearings, and meetingsCollaborate with attorneys, experts, investigators, and court personnel to support case progressionReview and analyze medical records to assist in case developmentPrepare detailed demand packages for settlement negotiationsAssist with client lien resolution, including communication with lienholders and coordination with third-party partnersMaintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple active casesSupport continuous improvement of legal processes and workflow efficiencyRequirements include:Education:Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or universityExperience:3+ years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense)Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability casesSkills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in legal document preparation and e-filing systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyComfort working with legal technology and case management systemsCertifications:Paralegal certification is a plus but not requiredKnowledge:Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes and proceduresUnderstanding of court rules, filing requirements, and litigation timelinesKnowledge of medical record review and documentationExperience with lien resolution processes and settlement documentationKey Competencies:Compassionate and client-focused approachHigh level of professionalism and accountabilityStrong attention to detail and precisionAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentEffective time management and organizational skillsAbility to remain composed and productive under pressureCommitment to clear communication and high-quality serviceHow to Apply:To apply for this position, please click the "Apply" button at the top right of your screen.
