The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end production support including incident triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolutionMonitor applications, logs, and system performance to ensure high availabilityPerform deployment verification and support release activitiesCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams for quick resolution of production issuesParticipate in on-call support rotationRequired Skills:5+ years of experience in J2EE and Spring Boot5+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL (queries and performance tuning)3+ years of experience in Linux/UNIX environments with shell scriptingStrong knowledge of AWS services and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail)Hands-on experience in production support activitiesBasic understanding of Oracle EBS
