If you're looking for a team that values your well-being and supports you every step of the way, we'd love to have you on board and make an impact in patient care.Hourly Pay Rate: $40-$45Responsibilities:· Coordinates and delivers nutritional care to residents, including conducting assessments, creating care plans, and documenting dietary information.· Works closely with the Director of Food Services and medical staff to ensure proper nutritional interventions and services for residents.· Provide nutritional counseling and educate residents on healthy eating habits.Requirements:·Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensure in Pennsylvania.·Strong clinical knowledge of nutrition support therapies.
