ENT opening in Iowa - Located in Mason City, IA - Des Moines 120m - Full-time, permanent position - Seeking BE/BC ENT - Call 1:5 - Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient - Join 6 physicians - Comp $487,000 Production incentive opportunity, plus call pay - ASC Investment Opportunity - Base is guaranteed for 2 years - 6 weeks of PTO as non-shareholder and 8 weeks once they become a shareholder - 2 year track to shareholdership - $5500 CME allowance as non-shareholder and $10,000 once they become a shareholder - Generous benefits package including $45,000 employer contribution to 401k plan, once eligible.Mason City is a family friendly community of approx. 30k. Our service area encompasses a 14 county area which consists of a patient population of about 250,000. Facility is an independent multi-specialty physician group without primary care. All of our physicians are specialists. Procedures are all done on one campus, at the hospital and at the ASC. There is an investment opportunity at the ASC for physicians performing surgeries there.
