We are always looking for qualified, culture-friendly candidates to join our professional and somewhat quirky family.Hybrid Contract (75% Remote, 25% Onsite)Supporting ESTNo C2C/No 3rd Parties/Must Reside StatesideWe are seeking an experienced Epic Infrastructure Project Manager to support and coordinate a large-scale transition from an on-premise and/or public cloud Epic environment to Epic Hosting.This individual will work closely with Epic Hosting teams, internal IT leadership, infrastructure teams, application teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful planning, coordination, execution, testing, and go-live readiness throughout the hosting transition.The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare IT project management experience with the ability to manage complex technical workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across a multi-disciplinary environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project coordination activities for the Epic Hosting transitionDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency trackingCoordinate activities across infrastructure, networking, security, application, and operational teamsServe as a central point of coordination between Epic Hosting, internal IT teams, and third-party vendorsFacilitate project meetings, status reporting, action item tracking, and executive updatesCoordinate testing activities including infrastructure validation, integrated testing, technical dress rehearsals, and go-live readiness effortsTrack project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate appropriatelySupport cutover planning, command center separation, and stabilization activitiesEnsure alignment between technical infrastructure activities and broader Epic program timelinesAssist in coordination of device readiness, connectivity validation, and deployment planning activitiesMaintain project documentation, governance materials, and communication plansRequired Qualifications5+ years of healthcare IT project management experienceExperience supporting Epic implementations, infrastructure projects, hosting initiatives, or enterprise healthcare technology programsStrong understanding of technical infrastructure environments and project dependenciesExperience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex healthcare IT environmentsFamiliarity with testing coordination, go-live readiness, and cutover planning activitiesStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Epic Hosting, Epic infrastructure initiatives, or healthcare hosting/cloud migrationsPrior experience supporting large health system infrastructure or Epic transition projectsFamiliarity with healthcare operational and technical support models during go-live and stabilization periodsOur Team: Divurgent is a solutions provider focused on what matters most to our client partners.
