deadlines.Managemultipleprojectsandassignmentssimultaneously.Proactivelyanticipate,manage,andresolveconictsanddisagreements.Deliverhigh-qualityproductsandcustomerservice,meetingtheneedsofbothinternalandexternalcustomers.TechnicalExpertise:Demonstrateanddirectadherencetoalllegalguidelines,governingregulationsandspecications,andCompanypoliciestoensureethicalcompliance.Ensurethatallteammembersfullycomplywiththeexpectations,policies,procedures,andstandardsas detailedintheQualityManagementSystemandQCTechnicianManualCertifythatallyourteammembersareproperlytrained,understand,maintaincurrentcerticationsfortestingtrequ equipped withresourcesto ensure their personal safety and perform their duties asrequired.CompleteandmaintaincomplianceitemsontimeandasassignedintheQCSComplianceRequirementsandReminders database,or as directed.Auditprojects,laboratories,andevaluatesteammemberstoensurethetestingandreportingisexecuted eectively,eciently,safelyandinaccordancewiththespecicationsandcompanypolicies,procedures,and standards.Awareofhowourequipmentcompareswithcustomers'equipmenttopredictQC/QVvariabilityandrisk.Reviewalltestresultsproducedbyteammembersinreal-time,analyzingtrends.Assistwithtroubleshootingandimplementprocesscontrolchangesand/orcorrectiveactionstominimizerisk.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the most current specications, process control, and materialproduction troubleshooting.Possessin-depthknowledgeofConcreteRedi-mixplants,Concretepavingoperations,aggregatecrush/washprocesses,andtheir impact on test results.UnderstandthesciencebehindConcrete production,aggregates,andapplicablecalculations.Guaranteethatalllaboratoriesandequipmentarecalibrated,checked,andstandardizedperAASHTOR18,the Quality Management SystemandQC Technician Manual.Continuallyeducateoneselftobeacomplianceexpertandtakeaccountabilityforcompliancewiththelatest specications,regulations,governingstandardsandprocedures,andproductionandinstallationprocesscontrol.Qualifications:CompletionofaHighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent(e.g.,GED).Aminimumof3yearsofhands-onexperienceintestingconcrete,roadmaterialsandconstruction.Knowledgeoftheprinciples,practices,specications,andproceduresoftheconcreteconstructionindustryPossessorcanobtaincurrentWisDOTPCC I, II and/or PCC MDCorACAMDOT(MI)certication.Demonstratedsatisfactoryperformanceindirectingconstruction concretetesting.Demonstrateddecision-makingandproblem-solvingskills.Capacitytomanagemultiplecomplextasksconcurrently.Exceptionalskillsinbothwrittenandoralcommunication.Willingnesstoundertakelocalandregionaltravel.The
