Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in modern Java development, microservices, cloud-native applications, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while actively contributing to design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices.* Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.* Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker in cloud-native environments.* Implement event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka and MQ.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.* Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.* Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development processes.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 21+ preferred).* Strong expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.* Experience with Angular (v19+) and RxJS.* Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native application development.* Strong knowledge of Kafka and message queue technologies.* Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.* Advanced SQL skills including query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and database design.* Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf.* Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.* Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.* Experience in enterprise-scale financial services applications.
