Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team onsite at our Franklin Park, IL location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. This position plays a key role in driving company revenue and expansion into new markets. Qualifications • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management• Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship-Building Skills• Proficiency in CRM Tools and Sales Analytics• Ability to Develop and Implement Sales Strategies for Market Expansion• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and precision machining is a strong advantage• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsCompensationBase salary of $80,000–$100,000 commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commission.
