Managing Associate (Project Architect)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a licensed architect to work on projects in a variety of sectors, including commercial, civic, education, healthcare, multi-family, mixed use and others. Team members most often work on projects from the visioning and planning phases through construction administration, which provides opportunities for growth, learning and leadership. The candidate we're seeking will have at least 5 years in a similar role, and will be interested in working on projects in California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands; experience with local government agency jurisdictions; working in tandem with engineering consultants and producing detailed sets of construction documents using Revit software.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead construction document preparation in collaboration with the Project Executives, and Project Manager.Coordinate documents from internal staff, consultants, and contractors.Handle construction administration tasks, including shop drawing and submittal reviews.Document code review and compliance. Possess knowledge of industry standards, construction methods, and building systems.Utilize Revit with high technical proficiency.Perform quality control checks on design and construction documents.Lead and mentor a team of architectural staff.Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices through professional developmentQUALIFICATONS5+ years of architectural experienceBachelor's Degree in ArchitectureCalifornia Architectural LicenseProficiency in Revit, with proven work experience in an architectural environmentEffective communicator and a Team playerCASp certification is a plusLEED and/or WELL accreditations are a plusDSA and/or HCAI Experience is a plusSUBMISSIONApplications Should IncludeCover letter.
