Project Architect

We are currently seeking a Project Architect for a leading Commercial Architectural firm in Honolulu. An architectural designer is responsible for working with the project team to complete various project phases.Responsibilities:• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.• Assist and prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and contractdocuments including developing design sketches, renderings, models, graphics,details, sections, elevations, and schedules.• Develop solutions to technical and design problems.• Prepare 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.• Assist team in construction administration.• Develop understanding of client's program requirements and standards forcompletion.• Incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects.• Keep organized and check work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.• 3+ years related experience in an architectural firm.• Proficient in AutoCad, Revit, MS Office, InDesign, and Photoshop.• Basic knowledge of architectural building systems.• Basic knowledge of sustainability, and LEED guidelines.• Effective verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
