The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency across key legal practice areas, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. This role offers robust opportunities for career advancement, hands-on casework, and mentorship from experienced legal professionals.Key Responsibilities:+ Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other documents.+ Assist with case management, discovery, and trial preparation.+ Participate in client consultations and provide strategic legal advice.+ Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and judicial proceedings.+ Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.+ Stay current with legal trends, regulatory changes, and relevant case law.+ Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance and ethical standards.Requirements+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.+ Current license to practice law in Texas.+ 0-3 years' experience as an attorney.+ Strong technical skills in areas such as AI literacy, compliance, contract management, ethics, and eDiscovery.+ Demonstrated proficiency in commercial, employment, intellectual property, family, immigration, or real estate law.+ Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.+ Adaptable, innovative, and able to work both independently and within a team.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
