Date Posted: 05/07/2026Hiring Organization: Rose InternationalPosition Number: 500913Industry: Consumer GoodsJob Title: Manager Photo ProductionJob Location: Manhattan, NY, USA, 10038Work Model: HybridWork Model Details: *In office Tuesday - Thursday,Shift: Standard Work HoursEmployment Type: TemporaryFT/PT: Full-TimeEstimated Duration (In months): 3Min Hourly Rate($): 70.00Max Hourly Rate($): 73.00Must Have Skills/Attributes: Budgeting, Photography, Vendor ManagementExperience Desired: Manager Photo Production (5-8 yrs); Budget management (5-8 yrs); Vendor / agency management experience (5-8 yrs)Required Minimum Education: Associate’s DegreePreferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree**C2C is not available**Job Description***Only qualified Manager Photo Production candidates located near Manhattan, NY to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. ***Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities 5-8 years Producing experience - print, catalogue, magazine, newspaper, collateral, and the web Highly collaborative Detail-oriented Budget management Vendor/agency management experienceRoleThe Photo Production Management position responsible for managing the creative photography process and coordinates the various creative components of each photo shoot to ensure they meet the creative and brand objectives on time and within the designed budget.Manager Photo Production Responsibilities Manage shoot budgets under direction of AVP Photo Key Partners are Creative Director Photography, Photo Art Directors, Creative Operations, Sample Management, Merchants, Stylist, Finance and Outside Vendors Support in the scheduling and booking of all photographers, models, hair, makeup, stylists, studios, outside production and locations for all photo shoots Ensure all release forms are signed and work with legal if any issues arise Negotiate rates and fees to reduce costs while maintaining highest possible photographic standards for the Brand and while maintaining talent relationships Support model castings Create and manage call sheets Manage the finalization and submission of all advances, billings, usage agreements and post-production work and ensure that these are within the allocated budget Reconcile all invoices from photo shoots, process, file and submit to Accounts Payable for processing. Manage all advance requests and net zero paymentsWork Schedule: When not on a photo shoot, in office Tuesday – Thursday, WFH Monday and Friday mostly.
