This role manages the end-to-end photo production process, ensuring shoots are executed on time, on brand, and within budget.The ideal candidate brings strong commercial production experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-pressure environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage photo production projects from pre-production through post-productionCoordinate photographers, models, stylists, hair/makeup teams, studios, locations, and external vendorsSupport scheduling, booking, budgeting, and production logistics for all shootsCreate and manage call sheets, production schedules, and shoot documentationNegotiate vendor and talent rates while maintaining strong relationships and production qualityOversee production activities on set, ensuring timelines, shot flow, and creative standards are maintainedManage invoices, advances, usage agreements, billing submissions, and reconciliation processesEnsure all contracts and release forms are completed accurately and submitted appropriatelyCollaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and external partnersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of photo production experience within fashion, retail, agency, editorial, or commercial environmentsExperience producing print, catalog, web, magazine, or commercial photo shootsStrong budget management and production coordination experienceExperience managing external vendors, agencies, and creative talentExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressurePreferred QualificationsFashion, beauty, or retail production experienceExperience working with large-scale studio and location shootsStrong understanding of creative production workflowsFamiliarity with usage agreements and production documentationCollaborative personality with strong attention to detail
