This on-site role involves providing a wide range of high-quality skin care treatments, including hair removal and other therapeutic services aimed at improving client skin health. The Esthetician will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service, consulting on skin care needs, and promoting relevant products and services to achieve sales targets. Additional tasks may include ensuring a clean and welcoming environment that aligns with our high standards of care. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Skin Care techniques, including treatments and personalized skincare solutionsExperience in Hair Removal and CosmetologyExceptional Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfactionAbility to promote products and services effectively with proven Sales skillsValid esthetician license in CaliforniaStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor and attention to detailExperience in the wellness industry or spa environment is a plus
