Shipping And Receiving Representative The Royal Group, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Representative to support our Chicago, IL facility. The Shipping and Receiving Representative is responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments by performing the job duties and responsibilities to meet the quality and productivity standards.The Royal Groups mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.Essential Job Functions For This Position: Arrange transportation for finished products and secure time arrival and product integrityNotify customers of order completion and shipping/delivery dateProcess orders in the Company system (Amtech and Commerce) entering accurately order numbers, quantity, and destination.Print out shipping documents, verifying special shipping instructions and shipping chargesUnpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
