Now, we are expanding our global team and looking for talented individuals like you!/ph3Position Description/h3pstrongTitle:/strong Shipping/Receiving Coordinator/ppstrongDepartment:/strong Shipping Receiving/ppstrongReports to:/strong Shipping Receiving Manager/ppstrongStatus:/strong Hourly Non-Exempt/ppstrongPosition Purpose:/strong The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the facility. This includes overseeing incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners./ppstrongPrinciple Accountabilities:/strong/pulliCoordinate and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments./liliInspect deliveries for damage, verify contents against packing lists, and resolve discrepancies./liliPrepare shipping documentation including labels, bills of lading, and invoices./liliCommunicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries./liliMaintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliations./liliOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners./liliOrganize warehouse space to optimize storage and minimize product damage./liliEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations regarding shipping and receiving./liliProvide excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors./liliAssist with physical inventory counts and reporting/liliRelated tasks as requested by supervisor/manager/li/ulpstrongEssential Skills and Experience:/strong/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent required./lili2+ years of manufacturing strongly preferred./liliProficient in Microsoft Office suite required./liliExcellent written and oral communication skills required./liliExceptional organizational and time management skills required./liliKnowledge of hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations (DOT, IATA) is beneficial./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery safely./li/ulpstrongWhy Choose IPG?/strong/ppAt IPG, you will find more than just a jobyou will find a place where your success is our success.
