IT Support Technician

Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for both onsite and remote employees in a fast-paced environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for end users, supporting day-to-day IT operations while helping improve processes, system reliability, and user experience.
