Respond to user requests and solve computer and software related problems. Answer computer and software related questions.Computer asset processing including involvement in the procurement process. Manage hardware vendor relationships for both procurement and warranty support.Install, configure, and repair computer hardware, including PC’s, printers and scanners. Upgrade hardware and software.Other FunctionsPeriodic need for business hours/after-hours on-site A/V support.Other related duties as assigned.All Duties Performed Within +/- 5%QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or Associates in Computer Science with related experience; 1-3 years experience in IT service and support.Supplemental InformationKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesKnowledge of Microsoft operating systems. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer systems and hardware. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75lbs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to diagnose and solve computer related problems.
