Strategic Recruiter - Construction Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Strategic Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for high-profile, niche skilled trades strategic accounts. (Must have MSP/VMS experience for this role.)Location: RemoteSalary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commissionHours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time offKey Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process for strategic skilled trades roles including heavy sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates to hiring managersIdentify top talent quickly, and move potential candidates through the interview process with urgencyCommunicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experienceSay on top of important details in an extremely fast-paced roleManage a dynamic workload and reprioritize when direction dramatically shiftsOccasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlinesQualifications 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction rolesExperience working program accounts through VMS platformsHeavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentalityStrong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important detailsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quicklyWhy Join SST?
