Client Service Coordinator - Tutoring & Test Prep

TPAPT is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Tutoring Sales & Service role. This position involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their tutoring needs, and providing excellent customer service throughout the tutoring placement process.Location: RemoteClassification: Contract (1099)Compensation: $20/hr-$25/hr + quarterly bonusHours: 20-35/weekDescriptionOur advising role is the key to students success and growth for the company. An advisor helps guide students and parents through out the entire process from matching them to the best fit tutor to helping them figure out which test they should be preparing to take. This role is both customer service and sales. You get the opportunity to be a part of the student's success throughout the entire process and celebrate when they hit their goal.RequirementsAssociates degree/Bachelors preferredPassion to help others reach their goalTeam player1 year of customer service/sales experience preferably in the education spaceResponsibilitiesInteract with prospective and current clients to assess tutoring needsProvide detailed information about tutoring programs, schedules, and pricingCoordinate tutor-student matching based on subject expertise and availabilityHandle inquiries and resolve client issues promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activitiesCollaborate with the tutoring team to ensure high-quality service deliveryRequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferredAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectivelyStrong organizational and record-keeping abilitiesFamiliarity with tutoring or education services is a plusSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solvingBenefits20-35 hours/weekRoom for growth
