Our Agentic SOC Platform combines AI agents called Exabots with deep data exploration to deliver real-time insights, proactive detection and response, accelerated investigations, and automated security workflows.We are building our GTM team from the ground up, and this is your opportunity to be one of the first.Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven, curious, and coachable Sales Development Representative to join Exaforce as a foundational member of our sales organization. This isn't a seat-filler role, you will be on the ground floor of building something, working directly with sales leadership, and developing the skills to grow into a full-cycle Account Executive position.You will be responsible for generating pipeline by identifying and engaging security leaders at companies that fit our ICP, CISOs, SOC Managers, and Detection Engineers at organizations that are scaling their security operations and feeling the pain of alert fatigue, manual investigation, and tool sprawl. You'll be the first touchpoint in a sales motion that matters, selling technology that is genuinely changing how SOC teams operate.If you are hungry, want to learn enterprise sales from the ground up, and are excited by the idea of being early at a company on a steep growth trajectory, this is the role.What You'll DoBuild and manage a pipeline of target accounts across our ICP, identifying the right companies, the right buyers, and the right moment to engageExecute signal-based, persona-specific outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedInResearch accounts for buying signals, SOC hiring activity, security incidents, tool migrations, and cloud expansionBook qualified meetings for Account Executives with CISOs, SOC Managers, and security leadersPartner closely with AEs to understand deal progression, buyer feedback, and what makes a quality opportunityMaintain clean, accurate CRM data, pipeline hygiene is a non-negotiableContribute to the evolution of our outbound playbook, your feedback shapes how we prospectParticipate in ongoing training, coaching, mock calls, and team development sessionsWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role, SaaS or tech experience a plusGenuine curiosity about cybersecurity, you don't need to be a practitioner but you need to care about the spaceCoachable, competitive, and hungry to grow, you want to be an AE and you're willing to put in the work to get thereStrong written and verbal communication, you know how to craft a message that gets a responseOrganized and self-disciplined, you manage your own time, your own pipeline, and your own developmentComfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where not everything is figured out yetBased in Austin, TX, this is a hybrid role with time expected in our Austin officePreferred Skills and ExperienceFamiliarity with the security landscape, SOC, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, or related conceptsExperience with outbound sales tools, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similarExposure to signal-based or intent-driven prospecting approachesExperience selling or prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accountsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive benefits packageHybrid work environment - Austin, TXDirect mentorship from experienced sales leadershipClear, structured path to Account ExecutiveHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and a brief note on why Exaforce to careers@exaforce.com with the subject line Sales Development Representative — Austin.
